Our environmental investigations are tailored to the due diligence market and are suitable for identifying risks as quickly as possible. Initial assessments involve documentation reviews and a site walkover to identify potential sources of contamination or hazardous materials. If initial assessments indicate an increased risk of contamination the issue can be investigated with a targeted investigation.
Our environmental partners are experienced in all types of contaminated land investigations (soil, groundwater and soil vapour sampling) and are able to tailor investigations to minimise sampling locations; thus inconvenience to site occupiers and cost to our clients, while still providing sufficient data to evaluate contamination risk.
Environmental investigations for planning purposes (Preliminary or Detailed Site Investigations, also known as Phase 1 and Phase 2 investigations) can also be arranged.
